Services: Your path to Ascent

  • Psychiatric Evaluation

Every journey begins with a thoughtful, in-depth evaluation. This 60-minute initial appointment is a collaborative process where we gather a comprehensive history—including medical, social, and family factors—to fully understand the challenges you or your child are facing.

Focus: Targeting the most important symptoms and concerns, rather than rushing to assign a label.

Goal: To establish an accurate, actionable diagnosis and a shared understanding of the path forward.

  • Medication Management

If medication is part of your personalized treatment plan, we prioritize a thoughtful, conservative approach focused on achieving the greatest benefit with the fewest side effects.

Process: We work with you to present potential options, discuss the risks and benefits, and ensure you feel confident and comfortable with the final decision.

Ongoing Care: Follow-up appointments focus on monitoring effectiveness, addressing side effects, and making adjustments to support sustained well-being.

  • Supportive Psychotherapy

Our approach is grounded in the belief that true healing involves more than just medication. We integrate supportive talk therapy into our sessions to teach coping skills and address underlying behavioral patterns.

Trauma-Informed Care: Recognizing and responding to the effects of trauma is central to our work, creating a safe, non-judgmental space for healing.

Solution-Focused: We help you identify your strengths and set clear, achievable goals to actively move toward the life you want.

  • Superbills

To help you use your benefits, we can provide you with a superbill—an itemized receipt—after each appointment.

Submitting for Reimbursement: If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you can submit this superbill directly to your carrier for potential reimbursement.

Checking Your Benefits: We strongly encourage you to contact your insurance company prior to your first appointment to ask about their out-of-network reimbursement rates, as these can vary significantly across different plans. We are happy to provide the superbill, but cannot guarantee or track your reimbursement.
